Jay Mathison is an Illinois Licensed Real Estate Agent and REALTOR. In addition to being a REALTOR, Jay is a real estate investor with hands on working knowledge of the local marketplace.

Jay started his real estate career by purchasing "run down" properties, rehabbing and selling them.....which then led Jay into property rental, property management and ultimately selling his renovated homes via RENT TO OWN...

Jay's focus is currenly two fold:

Working with Credit Challanged Buyers and helping them buy a home via Rent To Own.

Working with many First Time Home Buyers and Buyers who have decent credit, but not great credit (minumum 600). We work with these Buyers and help them to get into good FHA loans with very minimal down payments and typicaly zero closing costs.
